There are many form of meditation. Only a handful of precious techniques are mentioned in these pages.

If your meditation is on illumination sit and focus on this. Move your awareness around and fill very part of your mind with it. Once this is achieved dwell in this state long enough for it to remain with you throughout that day.

This means more than 20 minutes of focus on the task of removing rising thoughts and maintaining a level of awareness where there are no areas of darkness in the mind.

Life and prana can be moved into the darkness to light it up be simply identifying them  and moving your awareness into those areas. Meditation History Fact
